Maine Saturday Open Thread

we need 85% of washington and a good "get out the vote" in the other caucus...... all 3 people need to call everyone and say "wanna make history? we get x people together and we flip a whole state"

If true... Maine's likely lost. Fraud... Incompetence... whatever you want to call it. It's time to move on and focus on the contests ahead.

So did our people confirm the newly released GOP numbers? Is the deficit were trying to close legitimate?

Honestly, if we cant get a net gain of 239 people when we knew that going in, who else can we blame? Even if the books were cooked, we knew the vote needed. It's sad and it's on the ron paul supporters in maine that failed to vote.

7,000 registered Republicans, each of whom have the opportunity to change the entire caucus in favor of their candidate, and only 250 show up. I'm sorry, but they deserve what they get in November. No other way around it.

Guys, you all need to calm down. Maine votes by town, not county. The 250 is for ONE town within the county, nit the entire county. That tweet wasvmisleading.

especially if they are Ron Paul supporters. Sick of people that show up to the rallies but not to the voting booth or caucus sites

I'm afraid you're the one who has been mislead. Some counties of Maine have a single county-wide caucus referred to as a super-caucus. Washington is one of them.
