What on earth?! This NY Times article from today says that the following happened just 7 days ago:

"At a meeting of Republican governors the next morning, Paul R. LePage of Maine called for action. Seated at a long boardroom table at the Willard Hotel, he erupted in frustration over the state of the 2016 race, saying Mr. Trump’s nomination would deeply wound the Republican Party. Mr. LePage urged the governors to draft an open letter “to the people,” disavowing Mr. Trump and his divisive brand of politics.

After Lepage & Christie, frm GOP gov Jan Brewer has also endorsed Trump.

While Rand spoke to black voters in Detroit (sorta makes sense) & Hispanics in California & Washington DC; other candidates were chasing working class white voters in New England and in the midwest (Detroit's suburbs & MI towns make more sense).

The hit piece against LePage is BS. LePage has been Trump forever. LePage hates the idea of print media. He threatens to blow up newspapers. "I was Trump before Trump".

They are making stuff up. I would pick any governor except Christie or LePage and work out which one said let's write a letter and sob.



Listen to 20 minutes of Howie Carr or specifically Paul LePage on the show and you will work out why LePage is a closer to Trump than Ron or Rand.

"I dont want to promote them on your powerful show Howie (Trump)... I agree with you, Howie, Leftists in the Democrat Party have jacked the party (Cruz).... "Im not going to give you a headline Howie(Christie)... "Do you want me to repeat myself"(Rand)..."

LePage interview. He hates Senators and says they are terrible leaders like Obama, the first guy & Kennedy got killed.
