wondering if washington chair can be declared vacant.

I can't recall if this situation is covered under RONR (probably not?), but I would suggest that the delegation from Washington County could caucus on the floor and elect a temporary delegation chairman to proceed, if that's practical. Other options include asking a neighboring/friendly delegation chair to step in.

This is history in the making. They have not even voted but It seems in the bag for two more National comm slots for liberty. Our man was way better in speech and the woman sounds great too. The GOP should be proud to be getting these patriots on the RNC.

We're tracking, Titus. Temp chair is best option. WashCo delegation member needs to proceed to the front and ask for a ruling from the parliamentarian on how to proceed.

This lady, though experienced, is preaching to a crowd who her own team has pissed on repeatedly. She is a good speaker but I suspect she'll be losing her position here momentarily.
