Looking for Civil Liberties Speaker

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good guest speaker on the topic of explaining your individual rights? i.e. When you get pulled over - what you are legally required to say and do or not say and not do.

Someone who could do a short 40 minute presentation on this topic.

It would be for a future RLC of Northeast Florida Meeting in Jacksonville, FL. First Tuesday of the month...

Audience is usually between 100-150 people.

Might be able to handle some of tge travel expenses...
