as for the quorum:

on Apr 26, the chair ruled that we were not operating under any rules before the credentials report was accepted. Because of that, the credentials committee was allowed to get away with just saying whatever they said and didn't actually publish the roll. This morning, the committee as a whole overruled the chair (due to RNC bylaws) and submitted the credentials report properly.

So, under the proper procedure, the actual credentialed delegate count is 327 which just happens to be the exact number of delegates in attendance today.

There is no way this is going to hold up. They will find a way to invalidate this convention, I suspect, based on this "new" quorum.

Saturday's convention closed the business in such a way that no more business can be conducted this year regarding the convention. So the July convention would be illegal anyway.

But they were never planning on holding it anyway, so it doesn't matter.
