they just appealed the rule of the Chair (Beers) when he said there was no rules at some point in the first half...i forgot we are reconvening, not having a new convention...so they will be talking about the past alot...probably appealing everything Beers did...and the Chair here is actually the "temporary Chair" because Beers is "nowhere to be found". OK, I am up to speed...I was confused. Got it.

I thought someone else might be confused as well and benefit from my "working it out"

Is there a benefit to doing it in this manner? As far as I knew, they needed a quorum before they could do anything. Would the credentials report being illegal make the April 26th convention null and void?
