Is someone out there keeping a master list of liberty candidates...people who think like we do and TRULY deserve our vote? I think we need to take back any office as quickly as possible!!

D.C. needs representatives of liberty. Find those candidates who represent you - and support them!

http://www.libertystrawpoll.com <-- Liberty Straw Poll -- aims to raise awareness and funding for liberty minded political candidates through the use of straw polls within the online community.

PaulCongress lists more potential liberty candidates. http://paulcongress.com/Candidates.html Federal and http://paulcongress.com/State.html State candidates for liberty.

It's a little early to start demanding master lists. We won't have a real idea of the Congressional playing field until early 2010.

I have a list of 21 liberty-friendly candidates(although in two different cases I have two people for the same election).

Ron Paul^
Rand Paul
Adam Kokesh
Randy Brogdon*
Peter Schiff
Dan Itse*
John Hostettler*
Kinky Friedman
Ray McBerry
Robert C. Smith*
Debra Medina
RJ Harris
Dean Santoro
Heath Whiteaker
Rex Brocki
John Monds
Nick Coons
Dee Lopez
David Ryon
Rachel Grubb
Jerry L Scott

Ranked in possible best chances of victory.
*Held previous elected office
^Incumbent

I also have state, office, party, and candidate status for each of those in a chart.

I don't think with Perry's right-turn a liberty candidate can win the Republican primary.

I think Friedman is more electable and helps us build bridges with the left myself.
