A *very *short period of non-Miranda questioning is valid (http://is.gd/c1zDJR ), but not an enlarged one (http://is.gd/YkDoeR )
It didn't click when I first read it. I think fr33's point was that some of the worst men in the 20th century got trials. I agree though, he should have his day in a civilian court. Nuremberg probably wasn't the best example but I got what he was saying.yes... i said this after seeing a wiki link to the 1946 nurenburg trials
I'd like to hear the honorable Judge Napolitano weigh in on that one.Glenn Greenwald @ggreenwald now

/facepalm. This is the kind of dumbassery that comes about when TPTB try to declare war on a tactic or an object (terror/drugs, etc). It's a "forever-war" because there's no tangible enemy to defeat. On Twitter:

It's hard to declare a war with a tactic or an inanimate object. 'Terrorism will most definitely sign a treaty once you kill enough of them'...Has Congress actually declared war?

Their logical shortcomings are incredible. I really think they know the truth but have other interests to serve. (definitely not the American people's interest, that's for sure.)
when the kid returns to civilian time~space he just might hear his basic rights as a citizen?
