Libertarian Churches?

There is only one Church.
There is no following the Bible without the Church.
The Church is not the guy who changes your oil or your tax preparation service.
You don't get options.

If you want a Jesus-themed social club, shop around.
If you're in search of the truth, you may want to reprioritize.
God might bring you to libertarianism, but libertarianism isn't going to bring you to God.

Yeah, but right now there are about 57 zillion varieties of "the church". Nothing wrong with picking one that best fits your understanding of the Bible. And if your understanding of the Bible is that Jesus was not a statist....

A Libertarian Church

The church I attend is very libertarian on its views about civil government, and it is part of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC). As part of our list of historic Christian creeds, confessions, and catechisms, we follow the Westminster Confession of Faith of 1646. An example of its position on what the role of civil government should be (as taught by the Scriptures) can be read here.

I didn't even know you were still around. WB.
