The problem with pushing it that far is with kids involved, if there are arrests, Child Protective Services can be called in. We all know how they work. They take the kids away from the parents first and ask questions later. It really makes it difficult for civil disobedience. Most parents (myself included) would not want to risk losing their kids even for one day. My best advice would be for parents to find a good location on private property and to use their best judgement. Video tape all interactions with government workers. We don't want anyone's kids taken away from them. But unfortunately, that is how the state works. As I said, there is a group of adults in DC that will be setting up lemonade stands on the Capitol lawn. They will be taking it all the way and will most likely be arrested. But with kids, that isn't the best idea.
