These are the internet liberals: http://www.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/gy4ps/listen_up_ron_paul_lovers_you_will_never_be_able/
I'm an atheist. I support Ron Paul.
It IS true. I am quite versed in human nature. To the experienced eye, they become all too obvious. And there's a simple way to actually verify it. Call them on it, and they sh*t themselves and suddenly retreat into silence. They have not been trained to deal with being caught out. Now obviously some are just idiots with nothing better to do, but some ARE trained and paid propagandists. If you haven't worked out yet that this is an all-out information war, you're not going to be as effective in this campaign as you might otherwise be. The most inexpensive way to damage public opinion is to employ people to target an individual online and attack. And when one person has 4 or 5 usernames going at once, they can create quite the storm in the teacup. Please stop being so naive.
Arrrgh. Third times the charm. I am an atheist too, and I support Ron Paul.
You mean Paul and "everybody else." We have to get through a GOP primary first...![]()
Jeremy, if you think your rank immaturity has a place in this campaign, please think again.
You don't "have time to read a thread", still declare every leftist on the net a "PAID provocateur", and then think that Jeremy is being immature because he points out your over the top claims?Jeremy, if you think your rank immaturity has a place in this campaign, please think again.
They call themselves the "hive mind," always agreeing with each other on their leftist/atheist positions.
Reddit? More like Neverheardofit...
still declare every leftist on the net a "PAID provocateur"
I did that? Really? Could you show me where?
I have no idea about reddit per se but wasn't there a news story the other day about the FBI joining online social networks?

I don't think Ron Paul was ever the "internet candidate". Obama has 19,500,000 likes on facebook, Ron Paul has 300,000. That's not even the same ballpark. Maybe he was in terms of "noise" and a more vocal following, but not in terms of numbers.
.
In 2007, I don't remember such a large amount of leftists in the various internet communities. Right now on Reddit, there is a popular anti Ron Paul post on the front page. Reddit has been like this for some time and I think it's a reaction to the tea party. They call themselves the "hive mind," always agreeing with each other on their leftist/atheist positions.
I remember in 2007, Digg.com was all pro-Paul. Then when he started losing in 2008, it switched to pro-Obama. I just don't think we are going to have this huge internet support like we did in 2007. And we probably need to forget about the liberals and focus on the conservatives / apathetics. The problem is that the liberals on the internet are converting apathetics too.
