[Kickoff 2012] NFL Football is Back: Discuss your games here.

As long as the Pats lose tonight, I'm perfectly content with any of the remaining playoff teams winning the SB. Though I think 49ers vs. Pats would be an exciting matchup.

frankly, i just don't see the Falcons winning this game. And frankly, i don't see the 49er's beating the Seahawks when they meet next week in S.F. ....frankly speaking.

Seahawks have waay too many weapons.

now, if you will excuse me, i gotta fire this bitch up and crank it up, and get that 12th man mofo goin' with the mojo...see ya at half time bitches....hahaha

LOL. Seahawks fans are in for a rude awakening next week.

I'm not sure that was "irrefutable evidence" as the ball appears to come back UP for a split second before he completely loses it...
...
Point being, Broncos had every chance to win that game. And I'll say it: for one game, Joe Flacco outplayed Peyton Manning.

Yep, the Broncos screwed themselves, no doubt about that.

There's no doubt it was a fumble, unless you are an NFL referee. The hypocrisy and ambiguous application of the tuck rule is what drives people crazy. There is no rhyme or reason to how or when it applies.

Oh man, the "patriotism" is a little overwhelming on Fox during this NFC game. One of the announcers was talking about a trip to Gitmo and said he looks forward to thanking them.

THAT WAS NOT A TUCK!

PERIOD.

I decided to implement a workout during the football games (since this is my day off from the gym) :p It's been helping to make this game a lot more interesting.

TD = 20 in n' outs
FG = 30 bicycles
Sack = 25 wide-leg sit up's
Fumble = 20 roll-up V-ups
3rd Down Conversion = 30 kayakers
Flag thrown = 10 of whatever I want.

Modified a bit from P90X's ab ripper. :D

I'm not sure that was "irrefutable evidence" as the ball appears to come back UP for a split second before he completely loses it...but regardless, the score was what, 28-21 at that point? And they had the ball at their own 40 - not exactly a "sure thing" either team to get a TD based on field position. And Manning led them back down the field after that to take the lead again. I mean if you want to point to one play and do hypotheticals, you could blame the Broncos' kicker for completely screwing the FG attempt in the first quarter....

I pick that spot , because after the Ravens scored shortly thereafter to tie ,even though Broncos had the lead again, it appeared that the Broncos were not in control and all the pressure was on them.
