How are they dirty? Like I said, I haven't been watching football much this season.

I'll say one thing, the NFL today is a pussy pop warner flag football league compared to how it was in the 90s.

Take away instant replay. Just bring FOOTBALL back!

I don't care what anyone says, Suh is filthy player. He's NASTY. And while it's nice to have some players in the league that are like that (because games are always more interesting), Suh makes himself hard to like.

Also, Schwartz is known as trying to act tough, he's also very arrogant. And when the coach is like that, the entire aura of the team is like that. That's just how it is.

And the penalties are awful. Ed Reed was right when he said the commish is just trying to take away defense to drive up the scores (leading to more entertainment). I want FOOTBALL brought back where the defense can hit people in the mouth and impose their will. I don't want 35-42 games every single week, I want competitive games.

I don't like the Atlanta team at all but the fact Seattle has to make two East coast trips in one week while the Falcons got a bye makes me think this will be harder for Seattle than most think.

Yeah, the two things I could do without are

(1) The incidental helmet-to-helmet flags and fines when the guy clearly is making an effort to lead with his shoulder or go into the body
(2) Not all contact between receiver and defensive back are pass interference! Unless the guy has a fistful of jersey or still doesn't know the ball was thrown 5 seconds after the play....let them play!

Amen. And the QBs are WAY over protected. If I had a time machine I'd probably go back to 1980. At least 1990.

Thanks. For that reason then, and the fact he can't get that talent to the playoffs, Schwartz needs to be fired.

I want competitive games too. I loved it when defenses could FUCK YOUR WORLD UP. 51-47 or 6-3 I don't care as long as it's an honest score.

I was taught to put my shoulder on their belt, wrap up, and drive through them. It's looks like they got him for leading with the helmet. The rules have gotten pretty ridiculous the last few years.

It's a perfectly executed tackle. Which I assume is the problem.

So , Broncos up 7 , even though they have missed a FG & thrown a pick 6 , Thanks to two kick return touchdowns . Has anyone ever gotten two TD's on kick returns and lost an NFL game? That would probably be equivelent to losing the turnover ratio by 3 and winning ....
