Most likely he means that Chris Hightower is not getting any support from the Kentucky state GOP, which I can definitely see. In Kentucky, the only way you get support for "out-of-the-box" thinking Republicans is if you force them to support them, like we did with Thomas Massie. Otherwise, they will protect their establishment backsides like their lives depended on it.

I think this forum only thinks about federal races to be honest. Look at any state races, they usually get panned.
