Kentucky Republican Party is Blocking all Liberty Candidates!

Saying things like that is what makes me attribute your attitude to him. I don't really care if YOU like Ron and would confess to it in public or hide from it or not, I'm not thinking of donating to you. If HE called himself a Ron Paul Republican, that interests me.

There is a difference in endorsing when your elected and when you are just a candidate. Challengers need to worry about their race. Know what I mean?

meh. If you guys didn't bite on the Message Board Money Bomb, why would you now? You know me. I'm not going to keep begging people to support the candidates that should be a no brainer.

Maybe we should continue this when you don't have a cold. It is a no brainer to you because you know them. We need to know why it should be for us. But I'll try to find that on Hightower's calling himself a Ron Paul Republican.

I'm gonna assume, by the OP's silence, that Rand Paul, Thomas Massie, and Chris Hightower have all gone missing, presumably having been taken into an underground chamber in Area 51, brainwashed with Bilderberg statist propaganda, and then beaten viciously by Dick Cheney, Rudy Giuliani, Regis Philbin, Perez Hilton, and other reptilian humanoid members of the Illuminati. Does this sound fairly accurate?

Thomas Massie, and Chris Hightower yes
Rand was previously treated. :o

But what makes Ron Paul supporters know who to support when rhetoric means so little and the candidates are being careful not to say anything that might remotely attract us? If they look 'same old' enough to the GOP establishment why wouldn't they look 'same old' to us too?

You know what I mean? You act as if all the world EXCEPT US should be catered to.

Going to Chris's forum now.

I posted it. It's on the ticker.

This is a guy who was in Sen. Paul's book club in 2007 and helped campaign for Ron. Then Volunteered for Rand before being hired. He's endorsed by Massie, Rand and a bunch of Liberty type groups. But also, Adam Kokesh. So obviously he's proven to be a patriot to multiple factions:

It was at the Rally for the Republic when I decided to run for office, or help someone that was a good candidate run. 3 months later I was helping Rand Paul who lived near by. 4 years later, I decided to try to run for an open seat, then the old rep came back in to run against me. Ron Paul is where my foundation in politics starts, period. We need liberty type representatives in state government because right now the party controls everything. And as usual the party has a massive stiff-arm toward the Ron Paulers.

Thanks for the support!

Going to Chris's forum now.

Remember, Chris was the one who went after Pancakes and was Rand's bulldog. Maybe you weren't around for that.

PS. if you don't think the points I am raising has BEARING on how much or little support they get from this forum, I have to say I think you are mistaken.

THIS IS CHRIS HIGHTOWER. See Join Date.

I think this forum only thinks about federal races to be honest. Look at any state races, they usually get panned.

i wasn't. But Rand isn't my primary attachment, frankly. Ron is. I supported Rand BECAUSE of Ron.

Just in case you missed it. Chris just responded to you:

Federal races impact all of us but a terrific candidate is a terrific candidate.

We go where the best candidates are, at least I do. Most won't go out of their state if they have decent candidates in state. I'm in CA, top two voting means my primary is Dem against Dem up and down the ballot except where I'm writing in Ron Paul at the top.

I saw it, thanks Chris, I was too busy fighting with BamaFan.

You haven't fought me yet. I can be a real douchebag. I am nobody's spokesperson. I am here for opp research and to bully the opposition on the air during their interviews.

Winning state seats is vitally important to grow our farm team for future federal elections and also impact state law. Look what NH did with jury nullification. Supporting liberty candidates for state is the best bang for the buck in my opinion. They are doubly important positions to win in early caucus/primary states (Iowa, NH, SC).

No offense to you guys.... Ron's endorsement means about as much as mine. He's not well received in Kentucky. It hurts more than helps.

It's not Ron's endorsement of a McConnell opponent that was the concern. It's Rand's. And that's effectively been neutralized. Back when the "Jesse Benton will be working for Mitch" announcement came out, a certain friend of mine (*cough Matt Collins *cough) claimed that this meant McConnell money going to liberty candidates. So what happened? (Quell surprise that the answer is "nothing")
