Right. I choose the bathroom which produces the least amount of social disruption.

When I first was going out en femme, I was unsure how to proceed regarding the public bathroom issue, so I chose the male bathroom. Well, it freaked a guy out, and he asked me, "Ma'am, I guess you didn't see the sign?!" in a concerned manner.

So that helped to seal it for me as to what I should do regarding this.

The problem isn't so much passing people going into restrooms who don't want to harm anybody, nobody is going to question it. The problem is Democrats are ok with a 6'3" burly 250 pound dude with a deep voice and a beard going into women's restrooms because they decided they want to be a "woman". Then they have the legal ability to go into women's restrooms where they can easily assault women, and if anybody questions it they can sue them.

Though there have been issues beyond that, there was a boy who was using middle school girls restrooms who raped a girl, they transferred him to another school finally after the father of the girl complained, then he assaulted another girl at that school.

My point is that democrats always go WAAAY too far, and that's why they lost the election.

It says that you can't have unreasonable searches, then it covers how to get a warrant to prove the search is reasonable.

I have never said anything contrary to either of these claims.

However, the Constitution never says that a search cannot be reasonable without a warrant. And as far as I know, it has always been understood that certain warrantless searches can still be reasonable. This is not a new concept post-9/11.
