Today was "organizational" day. LAGOP copied all provisional ballots so the campaign could have a copy of them and then they verbally attested to the fact that the ballots won't be destroyed.
Then they placed them in piles by parish (remember, upwards of 700 of them) and tomorrow the names will be given to each parish' registrar of voters where the people will be verified as legal republicans. Their vote will then be counted.
The campaign HOPES to put out a press release tomorrow evening to tell the results.
LaGOP is cooperating and everyone if on friendly terms.
I also think time was spent doing things like suing Orleans parish because their voter registration office won't release documents to LaGOP (a private organization), etc....
