They are a legit firm, and have a history of conducting political polls. A polite "no thank you" is apparently no longer in fashion.
These companies call at all hours once they have your number, trying to data mine as much as possible. It's nothing new, and since the OP did not actually take the "survey," we have no idea what it's about. We just have a bunch of wild speculation.
