Today was the day the Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence. Certainly a great day for liberty.

Today is my birthday as well. Now I know where I get my libertarian soul.

Today, July 2nd, is also Bob Barr's money bomb in case you wish to donate for a candidate continuing to spread Ron Paul's liberty message to the masses through all of the main stream media appearances he's getting. I'm in for $100.

He'll be on ABC's "This Week With George Stephanopoulos" on Sunday following his FOX News Sunday with Chris Wallace appearance last Sunday.

Barr is great for this because he will give people a spoon full of liberty, rather than Ron Paul dumping the whole soup bowl on their heads.
