Judge Napolitano's FBN debut of FreedomWatch is a Winfest!

She did, but to be fair her first off the cuff response to the idea was 'hell no' then she changed to how it was necessary when she learned McCain's position. She was running with McCain. However, she WAS coming out in favor of it, telling her supporters to support it.
Maybe so (I believe you), but I would like to see some proof of this so that I can pass it on to others. :)

arghh... it was fragmented. I looked into it when the left started slamming her book, 'correcting' her on that fact. If I can find it quickly I'll post it, otherwise I'm sure you know how to use google....;)

Here's part of it: YouTube - Sarah Palin Talks Bailout Proposal

And here: http://washingtonindependent.com/68578/yes-palin-backed-the-bailouts

The part I'm not finding was the quick question / answer before she was briefed where she responded essentially 'we don't bail out companies' clearly not having heard about the specific bill, before she learned more about it.

Palin brings in viewers. That's why she was there.

Yes. And that is the reason I 100% support her being there and also support Rand saying good things about her, "cozying up" if you will. We need Palin in this revolution, y'all. If she's willing to stand with us, even if only in appearance, we should be willing to stand with her, even if only in appearance, lol.

Sarah still opting for the Federal government to interfere in our businesses and everyday lives whereas RP sees no important use for the feds other than protection our rights.
She still wants to be involved in big government.

And her diatribe kept the left-right paradigm solidly intact. Obama this... Obama that... She knew exactly what she was doing.

GOP whore.

Can you cite this please?
http://www.usnews.com/money/blogs/c...palin-bailout-or-great-depression-choose.html
Katie Couric: If this doesn't pass, do you think there's a risk of another Great Depression?

Sarah Palin: Unfortunately, that is the road that America may find itself on. Not necessarily this, as it's been proposed, has to pass or we're gonna find ourselves in another Great Depression. But there has to be action taken, bipartisan effort—Congress not pointing fingers at this point at...one another, but finding the solution to this, taking action and being serious about the reforms on Wall Street that are needed.

Anyone know if the Judge will have Lew Rockwell on in the future like on his internet version of the show? Damn I sure hope so.

LoL, I can see it now on the liberal media... "New Tea Party Show and host Andrew Napolitano has Lew Rockwell, anarchist on his show."

They'll try to find a way to marginalize because of it. Except - it'll probably bring more ratings / viewers instead...

Just watched it.... a few points:

- When Sarah was rambling on about Israel they cut to a shot with Ron rolling his eyes. I almost fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard.

- It's hard to take her seriously knowing that she supported the bailouts. Although she did earn some points back with me when she used the phrase "lamestream media".

- The segment with Governor Rendell made me want to punch the screen.

- I practically tuned out during the segment with DeMint, Armey, and Bachman.

- The Judge needs to structure things a bit better, either having less people on at once, or better management or something. He is just a bit too hyper. I realize he is trying to keep it fast paced, but I think he should allow for just a bit more than than his guests to only create a soundbite.

Just my $.02. I can't wait for more shows when hopefully we'll fill it with a bit more staunch limited-government guests.

mods, is spanning pictures an offense that can be sanctioned with a ban? i've seen these huge pictures posted by this same person at least in 4 threads in the last 12 hours. one of the guidelines of the forum is to post in a way to not waste people's time, and this guy is wasting my time.

if it's to ok to span, please let me know, so i will also engage in a bit of wasting other people's time.

Ha! He has a lot of Voluntaryists on his show. Hell, Beck had Thomas Woods on, and Ron brought Thomas Woods to testify in Congress and he's an avowed Voluntaryist (He does hide it pretty well in his argumentation :p). I hope he keeps bringing on Lew, Jacob H., Thomas Woods, and other Voluntaryists and Misesians. The Judge himself is a Voluntaryist, and they haven't hit him on that yet. :D

That's the idea. Bring in the Beck / Palin crowd by using those figureheads as a draw, and then introduce them to people like Ron, Tom Woods, Lew Rockwell, Honrberger, Block, and others....

This is probably a lie, as the Judge has never said so. Some people base this belief in the fact that the Judge said taxes are theft. But Ayn Rand similarly said that all taxes should be voluntary, but people hardly call her a "Voluntaryist". There are tons of people who believe that taxes are theft who are also not "Voluntaryists"

I don't know....perhaps going to and speaking at largely Voluntaryist events in NH, and elsewhere, and bringing on a ton of Voluntaryists on his show, etc. Ayn Rand hated Rothbard. She didn't have any company with any anarchists. Of course, she was a fool for saying taxes are theft, then merrily marching along the path as a thief and robber.

Listen to the Judge when he is unadultered and in company. He sounds no different than Lew, Thomas W., or Block. He is also a staunch supporter of Natural Law. The essence of Natural Law is Voluntaryism. He doesn't waffle on it either. Listen to some of his speeches.

I listen to a lot of his speeches, and it's still that you make your claim like it's a well known and establish fact, but it's only a conjecture of yours. Your posts are misleading.

Also, how did Ayn Rand marched the path of thief, if she believed like all taxes should be voluntary? She gave the example of charging people for enforcing contracts, and always charging people voluntarily for a service they receive. Again, how is this theft?

As for the natural law claim, John Locke was quite a strong supporter of natural law, yet he wasn't a "voluntaryist". Your argument makes no sense.

As for Walter Block sounding just like the Judge, this is just false. I have never heard the judge making an argument defending voluntary slavery.
