Judge Napolitano on the 2012 Election, Obamacare, and The Future of Liberty

I disagree with Nap on the supreme court thing, Nothing has indicated to me that Roberts or Alito are remotely more caring of freedom and liberty than Kagan and Sotomayor

Considering that Bush appointed Justice Roberts, and Roberts a) legalized obamacare, and b) massively expanded powers of congress.... no, it really doesn't matter whether or not a R or a D is doing the appointing, the result is the same.

I guess his point is that we KNOW what we'll get with Obama. He surrounds himself with some "interesting" people.

They do have substantially different views on the role of government. No neither are Constitutionally pure, but I would take 9 R justices over 9 D justices.

I do get the feeling that Obama would be more likely to throw us in FEMA camps. Wouldn't put it past Romney either though.

See I see Romney as more in the centrist big business interests, while Obama is more radical and dangerous.

Side note: Can't wait for the Judges new book
