John Stossel Says Ron Paul Will Catch On Next Week

It's the media playing catch-up since they downplayed Dr. Paul by CONVENIENTLY underestimating he would get the plurality in 5 states. Now that he is inevitably going to be a factor at the RNC, they are covering their tracks by giving him some added coverage so that they don't appear to be completely out to lunch.

Don't expect much of course.

Lol, it's fair to assume that by my post but actually I was just channel surfing and as I flipped to Fox I noticed John Stossel's face so I paused and whata ya know him and Greta were discussing Ron. Stossel was basically pointing out that the Republican Party has abandoned their limited government platform and said that he believes Ron will "catch on" next week. Whatever that means. :) Hey he gave Ron some positive attention on MSM which he is sorely lacking.

Oh yea I loath Fox by the way.

Nice find. That's the way to do it.

Thanks for dragging it here. Plus you saved us all of the grief of globalist rhetoric just to get to the couple of seconds of...

wow! The whole 6:37 was pretty good. Plus the added bonus of Greta saying pron over and over. Actually Stossel and Greta come through pretty often.

Still I think I will hold off resetting my favorite programs on the remote...at least till next week.

I was sort of thinking everyone was already getting Ron Paul. Everyone is talking about Ron Paul topics of interest. It's like a snowball. Maybe as it rolls it will eventually it will pick up a familiar face and he will be popping up everywhere. He's kind of doing it more and more often now. Hopefully more and more of us all will join in the fun.

Ron Paul!

Lol the speculation seems a bit much

Stossel is a good guy, and his comment about RP catching on next week, in the context of the discussion, seems to have been said with a mocking tone, as if to suggest that its a bit absurd that RP hasn't caught on yet

Stossel said the same thing on Hannity radio.

Stossel is just saying, the message makes so much sense it has to catch on at some point. He chose next week.

However, he's wrong. Humans don't care. If you want it, We'll have to seize it for ourselves.

Stossel, he's good but not good enough. I think he is a plant, just to see how dumb the average American citizen is. Its like Fox news is playing some sick joke on us, throwing a guy on there supporting Ron Paul and what he stands for as Fox has ignored him this far. While they know the average Fox news viewer laughs at Stossel, yeah like free markets work, or who's this Ron Paul guy you speak of. Sick joke.

This. And he said next week because "today is Friday, so I have to pick next week". I doubt he said this based on some upcoming cataclysmic event that is going to make Ron Paul suddenly be the front runner, but you never know. You can always hope.

Next week? Hmmm isn't there a rumor going around about an announcement to happen by Paul at the Tea Party Express event in Texas with his son this Sunday?

O' reilly cannot beat Stossel in a debate. Stossel just isn't as bombastic. O'Reilly never has facts or even does any homework. He is clueless.

If indeed there is anything to this (not saying there is), it could quite possible be the French election that Sarkozy just lost. More than a few people have been predicting nothing short of a collapse of the Eurozone and all that it entails if something like this were to happen. Events may get quite interesting in the weeks ahead.

Not just France, but Greece as well. In the Greek elections, parties opposed to the austerity measures enacted as a condition of the bailout won elections. The ruling coalition lost.

These two event probably will lead to a major collapse of the euro. How soon, nobody really knows. Bernanke could always print trillions and do a currency swap to float the euro until after US elections.

I started a thread about the collapse with an article that talked about just that, these elections in France and Greece. I see that their markets have plunged, the Euro weakened and the Greek bailout is now in jeopardy. Our market is back below 13000.

I just find it interesting that Stossel and Wead mentioned something.

That being said, I think they knew Ron was going to essentially sweep NV and Maine.

How ironic, they show fiat money being printed before Stossel comes on. I like John Stossel. I watch his show every Thursday on faux business. It's the only thing I watch on any of their networks. What does it matter, what faux's motivation is for hiring him, if Stossel can enlighten viewers. Thats a good thing. We have to start somewhere. He was the beginning of my enlightenment.

There's also this:

"Paul campaign insiders tell me there may also be some additional good news for the Paul campaign this week."

- as quoted from this article: hxxp://www.examiner.com/article/dirty-tricks-not-enough-to-stop-paul-revolution-maine-and-nevada

Not sure how much credit to give this guy, but with the 3 different sources, I'm intrigued.
