Because he will not have enough delegates present to actually cast a vote for him at the RNC.
McCain can win fake rigged elections, but he cannot fake the delegate count. In order to become a delegate, you have to sign up first and then get chosen at your county and state conventions to go to the national convention. It's a long process, and a candidate needs the popular support of the people in order to motivate their voters to become delegates. A candidate needs enthusiasm and grassroots support on a national level to successfully fill the delegate seats.
McCain has very little support. He is "winning," empty delegates via fraudulant elections - the "delegates," of McCain's are on paper only, and there are no warm fanny's to actually fill the delegate positions. They don't exist because he doesn't have any kind of real support.
If the primaries and caucuses were a farce, the delegate process will reflect the con in the numbers of delegates....Ron Paul will have MORE delegates in St. Paul than John McCain because Ron Paul has real people voting for him, and he also has real people signing up to become delegates who are being selected in droves at their county and state conventions.
John McCain is an incredibly weak candidate, and his lack of actual delegates will end his sorry ass.
