I personally don't "hate" the guy. I don't hate anyone, least of all faceless folks on the internet.

My problem with him was, especially in 2015/2016, while Rand was still in the race, he was posting on average somewhere around 3 times an hour, I think, over 24 hours, and he was pushing Trump HARD. I think it's decent odds that, at least back then, there was more than one person posting under that profile - the volume was just incredible to assume that it was the work of just one person. Maybe... But more importantly, as CaptUSA pointed out, he was here trying to turn Paul supporters over to Trump. He showed up right after Trump announced, if I recall correctly.

The other thing about him is, when people disagree with him, he instantly calls them "controlled opposition". It's a tired tactic.

Now that we know something I must say that this deal is yet another politics as usual deal. I had hoped it wasn't but the odds were not good.

His views on every topic aren't always perfect, but they are often really good, and he is the one who is responsible for Dr. Malone and ivermectin use outside of mostly just people on the right becoming mainstream. A lot of people got fooled by Black Rifle, that isn't the best gauge to work off of.

Joe and Dana are fighting within the system, against the system. UFC is owned by a talent booking company that works with Disney. It is likely that Disney told the UFC to fire Rogan, and Dana told them to fuck off. I'm sure you watched Dana White's speech at the 2020 RNC, the Trump rally in Colorado from a while back, and know how much he backs Trump.
