All this is the result of what people wanted.
Everyone wanted social media and video and security camera's and smart phones and all this technology.

Now or soon the actual person that does things or accomplishes things will be cancelled by the social critique that has no accomplishments and think their opinions matter.

Yeah, that's not going to work. Thinking that it will just blares to the world just how little they understand the nature of the environment there.

First off, there are already freeware AIs out there. The moment such a move is made by "government", there will be cadres of geeks and nerds taking the AI source and fucking with it. The smart ones will use AI to improve AI. The guys I worked for back in 2001 were already doing that.

Short of confiscating every computer in the world, Theye will be unable to contain AI because Pandora's box has already been opened.

And I can assure you that some bloody brilliant people will be working on it in their basements late at night and if it has to be on air-gapped hardware to evade detection, that is the easiest thing in the world to implement.

These assholes think they can control what is already in the wild. That fact alone makes clear that indeed their status as "asshole" is well assigned. We are talking about people just like the so-called "left" because they patterned the left after themselves. In other words, they are functional idiots with no sophistication of intellect. What they have is grim determination, but I'm thinking that in this case it will not be anywhere nearly enough. What will Theye do, start executing people for possessing software? I'd not put it past them, but it won't work. It will simply set some of us ever more steadfastly against Themme.
