Jindal Endorses Perry

I expected this after their one two neocon punch at LPAC in New Orleans talking about castration and emotions.

RP will still win Louisiana. Caucus states are our friends no matter who endorses who.
 
If anyone here in LA is reading this thread, can someone give me a brief rundown of how this delegate/caucus thing works here and how we can win the Louisiana GOP nomination for Paul? I'm still learning all of this voting stuff. I only registered Republican in the last few months.

That will be my line to counter the "Jindal-he's brown-conservative-and could win votes" lovers looking for a reason to ease their conscience and vote Perry.

It is a little tricky since the party makes up the rules as they go along, but I'll leave it to those from LA to tell you...

Really? I understood Romney had gone to Lee's office, but not that an endorsement had been forthcoming. But given Romney's strength in Utah, while it would disappoint me (Ron endorsed Lee in his race) I could kinda see the pressure. I'd still hold it against him, of course.

I will lose all faith in Mike Lee if he endorses a RINO. There's no need for him to endorse anybody. Why even go there if he risks alienating large numbers of Tea Party supporters? Mike gave me a queasy feeling when he said he would not vote for an increase of the debt ceiling, but subsequently said he would contingent upon a balanced budget amendment. He was not consistent. Rand, for example, was consistent all along by saying that the only likely scenario where he would vote to increase the debt limit was if the bill included a BBA. Mike seemed to commit to more than he was ultimately willing to unconditionally deliver on.
