I heard this the other day - thought it was interesting how the US drug policy outlawed a certain narcotic that no other country outlaws, and since U.S. agents can't use this narcotic (which Yemen people use as a way to relax and break the ice), it hinders counterterrorism efforts as agents aren't able to obtain the intelligence they need
