Like Ron, Rand's biggest appeal is to independents. Rand is just trying to also attract Republicans because that's the only way he becomes the nominee.

Within the margin of error in the latest national poll. Polls well in Iowa and NH. Consistently best among independents and against Hillary. No he does not flip flop.

He is a long shot to win, but actually does have a chance. Gerald Celente is literally the equivalent to a 900 number psychic.

A great deal of that discussion, Celente was spot on. I don't care what anyone thinks about the guy. He was especially correct with regard to the thing with the Ukraine. I know we like to get our drawers in a bundle when we hear people knock on junior but how anyone can sit here and say he's a crackpot with regard to much of his commentary here is baffling to me. We're either blind to our foreign policy in it's applicable form or being disingenuous just for shits n giggles. Rand got maybe 10 seconds of brief mention in all of that discussion. When we say this stuff about people being crackpots we need to understand that a lot of people around here know a few things about what is what. Who do we think we are fooling? Come on. Get serious. We can't just put our fingers in our ears and sing nanny nanny boo boo the second we hear something that doesn't personally sit well with with us and avoid the relevance of the rest of the substance based upon our own annoyance with a single aspect of it. That'll get you bit is what it will do because, I assure you, intelligent people do listen to that kind of discussion (because they seek it). This is why we have 50% of American voters leaving the two mainstream political parties.

I don't know. Heh. If anyone would like to ignore the few seconds of commentary there about Rand and go over the rest of that discussion I just listened to then by all means just say the word. Show me what was crackpot about all of that. Seriously.

Rense guy is kind of weird, though. I'll give you that. Heh.

Let's be honest with ourselves folks. I don't think there's anybody who 100% supported Ron Paul's foreign policy who at one point hasn't been at least temporarily disgusted with Rand's. That's just the way he's playing the game. When he was running for U.S. Senator the only reason I could keep supporting him is that I believed Trey Grayson when he said Rand was lying. The commercial Grayson ran with Rand Paul at one point saying Iran wouldn't be a threat even if it got a nuclear bomb was comforting. But unfortunately that doesn't attract teocons and that's who Rand bet the farm on. So while I'll stick with Rand I will not go along with attacks against people who voice what most of us have felt.
