The poll question was, "Who will Trump choose as a running mate?" not, "Who do you want to read a book from?"

Crenshaw is comparable to Graham and Obama, and any one of the three would be a good match with Trump.

Crenshaw does seem to have the edge over those other two when it comes to hoodwinking, which gives him an edge in an area that Trump thinks much of. So I certainly wouldn't rule him out.

Nobody on the list will be the VP.
Nobody in the thread is even close with a guess.

The way he was sold to me -- by you and others -- they couldn't do it to him last time, either. How do you explain that allegedly impossible frat? Is that, too, something that happened in a...?

Childlike faith is childish -- and woefully misplaced in politics.

I never made any such claim last time.
And everyone I saw said Pence was the RNCs choice.

No, everyone who was saying what your selective hearing wanted to hear said that. Lots of people told you the truth, but you have little patience with that stuff.

The only Seal of Approval you require is this:

That's what makes you so easy to manipulate.

I don't know. Michelle and Hillary both don't seem too savvy or charming to me. They may be phony, but they don't do it well.

Neither of them have the least curb appeal, save to the most intransigently stoopid sorts like my old friend Audrey... She was one of the most stunningly gorgeous women I've ever known, but God help me she's hard left and thinks she's a genius. She adores Hillary. I just keep my tongue when she talks.

My "Other" vote: Stalin, Mao, Lenin, Marx, Engels

Either of these would have Democrats jumping ship en masse for Trump. I don't even think Trump would need to hold a séance.

And once again FAIL shows its face as Pavlov's bell rings. We see played upon here, fear via the meaner's avarice, his will to blissful ignorance, and his shameful and self-defeating lassitude. Any tyrant who masters FAIL, masters the world.

On another note, NPR is now in full annual swing with so-called "Black History Month" with an endless parade of black guests whining and going off about how RAYcis everyrhing is for black people, how it's all whitey's fault, how noble and intelligent are ALL black people, and so on down the usual list of things to be moaned out to the world, NPR hosts faiithfully putting their "I love braak people" kneepads to hard use. Pavlov's bell is ringing wildly in those hallowed halls. I won't even go into to vast array of lies they're continuing to peddle about "climate change".

Trump is saying Scott or Noem.

If he does go with Noem, that will reveal that he still feels the need to pander to a conservative base that he disdains. Noem went against him on COVID lockdowns, which was his his most impactful accomplishment in his first term.

The question will be, how much will he continue to care about their support once he gets elected and no longer needs their support to win any future elections.
