JD Vance on hot seat for defending young republican "Hitler" chat saying the 20 somethings were "just kids"

Democrats Everybody really need to stop getting their panties in a bunch everything Hitler's name is said everytime someone on the other side jokes about wanting them dead.

FIFY. You can't have it both ways. You can't have a thread that says "They want us dead" and then be flippant when someone on "your" side jokes about wanting to put people in ovens. And it doesn't matter if the Republicans were putting this in a private chat or not. I don't think the sign waivers humming along to "When every Nazi died" have a serious plan to carry anything like that out. Consistency. It's a beautiful life.

Reactions: Cap

My childhood friend I had known my whole life sat on the concrete laughing his ass off. He kept making jokes and sarcastically saying that we had marijuana on us.

It was the second most terrible thing to ever happen to me. The only worse thing is when I turned 18 and went to the strip club with my cousins and the one ugly stripper got on the stage and my cousins dumped 90 dollar bills in front of me and the ugly stripper bent down and clapped face while they laughed their asses off.

So 40 years of age is where the GOP draws the line of being "young"? Where “young” means anywhere from freshly post-puberty to pre-midlife crisis?

Aw well, kids'll be kids.

In my country people live to be in their 100s.

Go ask Ron Paul if he thinks 40 is young.

Immaturity at 40 years of age is something you'd consider to be normal then. Explains a lot.

Immaturity absolutely. Most people in our modern era wouldn't vote for a president in our country who is 40 because they wouldn't consider them mature enough to lead.

We typically don't consider 40 year olds leaders in our culture.

Washington was 57 when he became president.

(The median age for all US presidents on the day of their first inauguration is 55 years)

I don't know who makes the rules for that organization, but they probably do think that 40 is "young". And when Mitch has sex with them, it's definitely pedophilia...

Sen. Mitch McConnell leaves the Republican caucus lunch at the U.S. Capitol on March 13, 2025 in Washington, DC. On Wednesday Senate Democrats, not...
