NOTHING IS OFFICIAL YET.
We dont even know if we have enough signatures.
Too much paranoia in this forum. People scream bloody murder about every little thing. It's a huge turn-off.
The RP campaign hired petitioners who got enough signatures, but they were of questionable quality, so they turned to the delegate teams for signatures for Paul, whome they had previously told not to worry about it. The last minute rush was to switch gears and, as a cautionary measure, get some more signatures for Paul. The delegate teams likely doubled his signature count, and these signatures are of good quality, most of which will pass if challenged.
They say, as a rule, that 33% of signatures in a typical petition drive should be considered unreliable. Ergo, if you collect more than 3000, you are statistically unlikely to be challenged off. From what I've been seeing, we are well past that mark. Nobody panic.
The only thing I want to know is if the campaign has anyone reviewing and challenging the other candidates' signatures.
