with a mini sd card you can copy the program and hack it behind the scenes and re-insert the new voting count. This method was used in 2000 in Florida Al Gore received negative Votes in a county he won....

I'm actually not sure if it was a mini sd card or what kind of memory card the machine uses but get ahold of that and you can override votes or setup a - vote before an election on the machine's memory card.
