"A failure of Government",
"The public doesn't understanding, the plan is necessary and needed" (so we're the stupid ones for not trusting proven lairs?)
"People don't want executive compensation and so they called congress to complain"

And they're starting to get more consistent in calling it a "Rescue Plan" instead of bail out.
