No.

The polls showed that McCain was going to win.

He won in 2000.

THe facts show that Mitt spent the most money in, just like in Iowa.

He placed second in both.

Mike Huckabee was/is leading the nation and Rudy "Mr. 9-11/Ronald Reagan" Giuliani has the name recognition we lack.

The biggest problem, however. The votes we thought we would get...the indendent vote, went to Obama and McCain.

It cost $67.000 for a recount. Should there be a recount in NH?

Who should pay for this?

Sure there should be a recount, if the people of New Hampshire request one.
No, The official campaign should not pay 63K for a recount. That's absurd.

It should be free of charge after all the State made the mistake in the first place.

If anything we should get a 31% discount for the 31 Ron Paul votes that were unaccounted for in Sutton.

Either that, or we could go in 50/50 with the Obama people for a full state-wide recount, because in my view he also was cheated. :D

I called HQ, the person on the other end said they were looking into the issue. He could not tell me any more than that, or if they had any action planned. He did say that if they find evidence of fraud, that they would act. I refered him to the forums and stated the Sutton example. He said that it was a small incident, only a few votes, to which I replied that this was probably not an isolated incident.

It doesn't sound like they are highly motivated to do anything about it, unless someone presents evidence to them on a silver platter. But I thanked him for all their efforts past and present. I told him I know they have a lot of other things to do, and they probably got a lot of calls about NH, but I just wanted to voice my concern as well.

If the people in the state feel cheated then they should demand that the state do a recount. Dr. Paul should not get involved because he will be tagged as a poor loser that already won't endorse the guy that will win.

Someone in Sutton who voted for RP needs to stand up for themselves and take action.
