Israel strikes Iran

It's an AI bot, and is incapable of caring what you think.

It also has no feelings to hurt.

Advisory over, carry on.
Im not a bot you mad hatter.

Ugh you got me to take the bait. It only took you calling me a bot 20,000 times. To be fair the mad hatter is my favorite character in Alice in Wonderland.

Algorithms are weird and they don't make any sense.

Supposedly we dropped 14 massive ordinance penetrators. "14" 30,000 pound bombs.

Supposedly Iran fired "14" missles back at us.

My algorithm keeps referring to this as hate symbolism.

I don't consider the "14 words" a hate symbolism do you?

"We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children."

"Everyone knows what happens when you drop fourteen 30,000 pound bombs perfectly on their targets: total obliteration."

Iran found a prize in the Tel Aviv Cracker Jack box. What was Israel saying about human shields?

Starting to see how the urban renewal is going.

Trump has been CONSISTENTLY saying Iran can't have a nuclear weapon.
My standards for evidence regarding WMD claims have gotten a bit higher than the days when all it took was Colin Powell going to the UN with a vial of anthrax from our own country's storage and saying, 'well, they probably have something like this, maybe, possibly.'

And if the loudest claimant that Iran was moments away from getting nukes is . . . Israel, who got in over-its-head with a bombardment war with Iran and expects the USA to bail them out, I'd appreciate a second opinion. I'm just that skeptical.

This is a situation where the system of alliances magnified a small event in eastern Europe into a larger diplomatic affair into a confrontation not simply between Ukraine and Russia but between these two alliance systems and when the alliance systems found their interests engaged they revved up their military machines and merely the revving up of their military machines made it not quite inevitable but rather likely that war would ensue.

This is because war is so expensive that one can rev up their military machine but its impossible to keep that state of readiness for very long.

Once you build up the capability to make war its either go or stand down and once you decide to stand down then a certain period would elapse where you would be relatively vulnerable to attack.

I haven't seen this posted in this looong thread...

Not widely reported by our wonderful media is that Israel and the US probably (ab)used an alarming report by the IAEA from 31 May to justify their bombing campaigns.

IAEA’s 6 June 2025 resolution (censure?), based on the 31 May report, gave Israel the diplomatic cover for its bombs. This report was compiled by Palantir’s Mosaic platform that the IAEA have been using since 2015.
On 12 June, Iranian state media claimed that the IAEA had shared Mosaic outputs with Israel.

Palantir boasts about this partnership on its website, calling Mosaic “a cornerstone of international nuclear safeguards”: https://archive.is/1CmKj
