This is nobody's fault but the Ron Paul campaign. They should have publicized the crap out of it with live streams (they ALWAYS had them in 2008, what happened?), and videos immediately after. Just reading a story about an endorsement doesn't have the same effect as seeing it.

He is not a national public figure, he is a South Carolinian public figure. The national media is blacking it out to minimize damage, the local media will have a lot harder time.
