On April 12, 2024, Judge Andrew Napolitano wrote an article entitled “The CIA Wants More Power To Spy on Americans”. In the article, Judge Napolitano talks about the fascinating history of the CIA spying on Americans. Tucked away near the end of the article, he makes a curious statement:
On April 19, 2024, appearing on episode #2138 of the Joe Rogan Experience, Tucker Carlson mentioned that U.S. lawmakers “told” him that they are “worried” about being punished by intelligence agencies if they oppose reauthorizing Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
At issue is the reauthorizing of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). The House of Representatives shot down the bill 119–228 on April 10, 2024. These very same people passed the bill a few days later 273 -147.
Did something happen? Were there some concessions made? The reauthorization of FISA was trimmed down from 5 years to 2 years. Was that the difference?
Only time will tell but as I have written here, here, and here, technology has advanced to where researchers using FMRI technology can now convert brain activity into text and images. The limitation was that it required a gigantic FMRI machine. But in July of 2021, researchers at the University of Santa Cruz announced the creation of what they call “NeuroSwarm3” nano particles. Measuring less than 200 nano meters (nm) (for reference, 1 strand of human hair is 80,000–100,000 nm), these NeuroSwarm3 particles are capable of recording and transmitting our brain activity without us ever knowing.
Is it that far-fetched to believe that the federal intelligence agencies are currently in possession of this technology that has been available for years now?
