Oh boy, the Trump administration finally managed to deport 1k illegals per day after more than 7 months in power. LoL... Unfortunately, to even make any significant impact on crime, the number of deportations will have to exceed 25k per day now. Trump and his administration are basically blowhards and not much else.

Deportations are accelerating and will continue to accelerate.
And between deportations and self deportations 1.6 million are gone since Trump was sworn in, and it shows in all sorts of ways already.

As we debate legal immigration(as opposed to illegal immigration) it is well to remember that the Union Army which preserved the Union in the Civil War was about one fourth of the entire army. Without the 200,000 Germans, 150,000 Irish, 45,000 British, 50,000 Canadians and tens of thousands from smaller groups the United States would have failed and the South would have succeeded in seceding and preserving slavery. We owe a lot to our legal immigrant neighbors.

It's much more "EFFICIENT" these days [see thread].

Rather than aiding and abetting and making the case for the Police-State, National/Global ID, "Woke" Capitalism, et al - I suggest defunding it and not using people as pawns.

[Disclaimer: knowing that most people will only concentrate their efforts on the most authoritarian "solutions" rather than the rightful one, so we may as well bow to said authoritarians - as history has repeatedly shown.]

Sadly, those are White, Western values and principles that most of the world's people laugh at and mock as weakness.

They don't give a fuck about the NAP or about you.

They will band together in however large a group it takes, and relieve you of your possessions, property and ultimately your life.

The re-form-oriented mindset of micro-libertarians will never get us there.

I disagree, and once again, point to the gains made on the gun rights front as proof.

Do I find those micro gains maddeningly slow and frustrating?

Yes, of course.

But they are gains, regardless.

And now look where we are.

While Ron Paul, Tom Massie, the folks at Mises.org, fff.org, libertatianinstitute.org, and many other orgs, and the thousands if not more are non-wavering and actually promote the ideas of liberty, you are countering every effort that I and others attempt to make by making use of the very mechanisms the authoritarians utilize.

IMO, you are a grifter, who admittedly shuns libertarianism away. If a bone is thrown [such as a politician lowering the number of days] to keep the people at bay while at the same time attempting to merge/strengthen federal departments, you bow, thank and lick the boots.

After all of the back and forth between you and I, I have come to the unfortunate conclusion that we will never see eye-to-eye, and that you are just a mere 'publican who rejects the principles and application of a truly free society.

It doesn't start with "waiting around for others", but rather the individual who promotes and does the actual exercising of it.
