My own personal Modern Monetary Theory: No matter how sick someone is of currency devaluation, the government can create an emergency which will cause him to want to print and make it worse.

That’s only because they’ve allowed themselves to be totally sucked in to the political mindset. As a result they tend to view things in terms of political policy rather than for the real world effect they have and how that compares to fundamental principles.

Those doing the former will almost always be led astray. Those doing the latter often will not. It’s one of the biggest dangers of playing the political games. Everything tends to get reduced to a mere difference in policy rather than viewed in real terms for the truly heinous acts most of that entails. It tends to numb one’s sense of right and wrong.

Well, I will admit, I know absolutely nothing about Chase Oliver, other than seeing his name mentioned here on the board. He is one of the ones that I didn't do an On the Record.

Anyway, I believe that anybody should be free to come to America, for work, vacation, to visit relatives, to live, just simply passing through, as long as it's on their own dime. And if he/she happens to commit a non-victimless crime, abide by the Bill of Rights, face their accuser and have their day in court before a jury.

You know my position, and that is to DEFUND everything, to the point that any/all taxation=theft.

I can't help that others would prefer to spend more on a problem without addressing the money that is spent creating the problem in the first place. That is stoopid and makes no dollars or cents to me. As such, it continues to come out of my pocket, I am getting DOUBLE-DIPPED because of it, all while a police-state is being implemented before my very eyes [which makes it TRIPLE-DIPPED], which directly affects me.

The backstory on this:

This is in Germany, the guy on the ground is getting arrested by police for being a good Samaritan and stopping a knife attack by crazed Muslim invader.

While they have the GS on the ground, the crazed invader stabs the cop in the neck.

The cop has now died.

And the German Marxists are in the street today, denouncing "far right" criticism of the policies that allowed that invader into the country in the first place.
