Introduce yourself! Who, What, Where, Why!

Hello guys, My name is Francisco, Im From ventnor, NJ

While looking around my desk i found a Ron Paul card. I started to search for forums (I like to talk on forums, i run a couple) about Ron Paul. I'm glad about how many people have come out of the dark to support Ron Paul. Sadly, I'm only 16 and can't vote in the next election but i am doing everything in my power to get other people to vote for Ron Paul. I am a member of the Free State Project and hope to be in new Hampshire with in the next two years. I agree with Dr. Paul on almost every issue except immigration however it's the best i will get for a presidential candidate and hope to get active for the Ron Paul campaign. I would say that i am much more advanced with the freedom philosophy than most people and can have great liberty oriented conversations.

Hello, my name is Charles. I've been donating, going door to door with slims, meeting with local groups, and reading the boards. Don't know why I never post. Anyway, here I am. Ready and willing to help out. : )

My name is Marc Magana, I am 45, live in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been a Realtor for 8 years, 18 years in the industry with the majority in the mortgage lending field. I support Ron Paul because of his integrity, principles, morals and values he has demonstrated his entire life. I feel we are on a course of disaster and need change as quickly as possible. This is the first candidate I have truly supported my entire life and excited to do whatever I can.

My name is Rebecca

I own a copy center in San Franciso. I come from a political family, I know the games and ropes. I voted Indie many times, voted for Clinton twice because I felt forced to. I am an America firster, I think we can survive without the rest of the globe. I am against NAFTA, WTO and the Military Industrial Complex.

I do not think we need to colonize Africa for "Their good"

Most important I am a student of history.

Hi! My name is Kevin. I support Dr. Paul because I believe the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence are still viable documents. Dr. Paul is one of very few people in politics who actually use the Constitution as their guide in running our government.

Dr. Paul is an honest, principled man and I see it in his eyes and hear it in his voice that he really wants the best for me and my country.

I do not agree 100% with every policy of Dr. Paul's, but we are far, far more in line than I am with any other candidate- by a longshot.

For me it always comes back to the question of integrity. I know Dr. Paul will do what he says, to the best of his ability; he can't unilaterally change our government (although Bush certainly has made a few drastic changes unilaterally...'nother story, 'nother day...). Anyway, Dr. Paul can't be bought or pushed around and he has the right ideas for positive change in America, albeit at the expense of a lot of the money/power crowd which is why they don't like him.

All of our cars have their very first bumper stickers (never been a big "bumper sticker" person)! And my son and I both have Ron Paul t-shirts.

Go Ron Paul!

hi there!

Hi, I have been reading this forum for a few weeks but just joined recently. I learned about Ron Paul from my dad, who has followed his career for the past 20 years. I am absolutely thrilled to have a candidate who I am passionate about! I, too, have my first bumper sticker and am a first-time campaign donater. I am a Christian and am praying for God's favor and protection over Ron Paul- if God is for us, who can be against us!

Hi, my name is Evan from Philly, PA. I'm currently wrapping up a Master's in Meteorology at Plymouth State university and will be starting work as a Meteorologist near Philly starting Jan 2008 (not on TV). After watching Ron Paul in the debates I became more and more interested in him. Initially, his ideas of removing the Department of Education seemed God awful! But, as I came to understand that he did NOT want to remove public education, and instead transfer power to state and local municipalities, I was sold! What an awesome idea! My fiance is a gradeschool teacher and has repeatedly complains about No Child Left Behind.
I support Ron Paul because he is a true conservative who models his policy after the constitution. He is exactly what this country needs!

Hello, my name is Fred. I am retired and 67yo and cannot believe the bs our current government has evolved into. Get the message out, wake up, the corporations have to be dumped and those that support them. I spent 23.5 years in the national guard. The guard truned into one of the worst nightmares I have ever experienced. Kids wake up they are just using your body to secure their wealth. GO RON PAUL.

Hi, my name is David. I am living in Philly.

I have lived overseas and have seen the disgust that our foreign policy has generated. I have seen America from the outside and it is not looking good. Ron Paul is the only man who can restore the reputation although the trust will take a while to build. The true isolationists had us go to war.

Derek, 25 and I live in Chicago and operate a small business in Evanston. Being from Chicago I supported Obama until early this year when I switched to Kucinich and then quickly to Paul around February. I realized his stances were more closely alligned with mine and probably with more Americans than any other candidate. Paul has more honesty and itegrity than anybody else out there. He is the last best chance to reinstate The Constitution and save our Republic.
I'm so very happy I found Paul and am very proud to be a member of his campaign. I hope more people will learn about Dr. Paul's message and JOIN THE REVOLUTION!!!

Hi. My name is Tara. I've been lurking around here for awhile and figured I should finally join. Well I'm 24 and live in Miami, Florida. I am excited to be a part of this =)

Hello, I'm Jeremiah and I own two businesses in Davenport, IA and commute from Dubuque every day which is where I live. I am doing whatever I can to help the campaign in both Dubuque and Davenport. In my cafe I probably talk to over 5 people a day who I get to check out Ron Paul. People are upset and want change.

I am also a born again Christian and I believe strongly that Ron Paul's position liberty is much more effective for the spreading of the gospel in the USA and around the world. I do not believe cramming my religious beliefs down other people's throats with the force of law is the most effective way to win them to Christ. I believe that kind of mentality is unChrist-like and only interferes with God's dealings with many sinners.

I have gotten involved in the process of becoming a delegate for Iowa, so hopefully I can work my way to the GOP national convention.

Thundercloud here!

Ex-neocon
From Nevada.
Nevada loves freedom and independence.
I work in the IT field.

Rudy opened my eyes to Ron Paul..Through his ignorance, and rudeness towards a man that actually cares so much about the United States.

Thanks Rudy..You sold me on Ron! You can go home now.
Don't forget to Donate 17.76. It will be expensive, "educating Rudy".

Next, John Mccain..He needs a few lessons too.

I try to talk about Ron, when the opportunity arises. Which, when I'm around, is often!

Exactly my thoughts.
Good to see more Christians realizing that.

Hi

I am a 39 year old current law student and ex IT nerd from San Diego California. I have been a libertarian Republican for a long time, and supported the NeoCons as the lesser of two evils...

I will no longer give my consent to these knuckleheads to continue to mess up my country. We are staring into the abyss of either globalization or balkanization, and it's time to take our nation back and run it the way our founders intended.

I'm 28 years old and a small (very small) time investor. Around the start of this year, I took a greater interest in learning about my investing and while reading the alternative websites I came across Ron Paul. I later found out he was also running for president in the USA.

I continued to hear great things about his economic policies, about the gold standered and the worthlessness of fiat money and how he is the only guy in congress that gets it. I'd invested in these themes before but now I was now beginning to understand the underlying trends from which I had benifited from. I thought to myself what a great thing it would be if he was elected (as I normally vote entirely on how fiscally conservative I think the canidate will be. I do and always have, detested debt) but didn't really start to research him until I heard about the November 5 Moneybomb. Why bother? He obviously *sarcasm* couldn't win.

At first, I just started checking on November 5th site from time to time. I also saw the Link to the Ron Paul Girl's site and looked at that as well and discovered that some people (like Liv) actually supported him for reasons beyond the Iraq war. Which is the only thing I thought could possibly give him a more mass appeal to voters. At the time I was for the war , even though I knew it was unaffordable because we couldn't let the terrorists "win". Then the big day happened. I read about how much money was raised and I began to wonder...

I began looking for more information about him and the more I read, the more I liked and soon I realised it wasn't just his economic policies that I liked. It was everything. Even when I disagree, I respect his positions. I found him to be a politician that was so unlike anyone I had ever known about in my life that I became more and more hooked.

In the last few weeks I have read hundreds of articles, posts and blogs. Along with dozens of videos. I came to realise that we don't need to invade these countries like I thought we did. I've looked at the grassroot efforts that are springing up about this man and I began to believe that he could win. I belive he should win. for the Future of America, he really... he HAS to win. Imagine that. Me... excited about a politician. And here I thought "Mr. Smith goes to Washington" was an fairy tale. Forgive me, I just didn't know that a party member could be so principled. I know have a brand new standered to judge all future polititions by and it's really nice to know that it's possible, even if it's very unlikely. I wish that there was someone like him in Canada.

Finally today, I figured it was time to get a bit more active with this network. So here I am.

Hi

Hi, my name is Tobias, I am a conservative christian in Pittsbugh area, my father told me about ron paul back in July, and I've been hooked ever since. My Grandfather went to Medical school at Pitt and knew Ron Paul.

Ron Paul is a true hero to me, it's unreal, after being let down time and time again by politicians. Issue after issue he amazes me with common sense, humility, and a genuine love for this Country, The Constituation and Christian Values.

Anyway, I love the forums, you people are hardcore. And I'm currenty trying to promote Ron to friends.

Thanks
