The way I see it, DARPA is a conduit where the development of official Armed Forces and Intelligence projects that become new capabilities is formulated, tested and applied for use. Beyond DARPA is the group that controls the drip-down into DARPA. They are not entirely American, but Brits and others, all who are high-ranking members of secret societies. A lot of what we would call UFO's, including all triangular and saucer-shaped, and cigar-shaped craft are in the DoD from a long time ago.. like Groom Lake and Areas 51, 52. More recently, the metallic orbs and the plasma tic-tacs. I tend to find believable that the tic-tacs of 2017- really weren't American military, but they are being brought in. This super-group decides what to allow militarization and commericialization of. It includes the craft that can traverse the oceans and even perhaps into solid ground. The more primitive versions that are part of our AF like Ion Propulsion were early releases processed though Lockheed but Lockheed was also involved in projects like interstellar travel which very few had access to and knowledge of, not just do we know through Ben Rich that they were
already working on it in the 1970's (explains the abrupt end of Apollo) and possibly even the Watergate setup but the US Navy patents of Cezar Pais which obviously, he was only a transcriber of some previous blueprints they were given. Plus the U.S. is not the only country or group involved in all this, it's been going strong since at least the 1930's. with the Germans and Tesla. Later, the Soviets also strangely dropped their own chemical-rocket program. I believe there are undersea bases in places like the Catalina Islands where Thomas Townsend Brown worked, and his story is one of secrecy and subservience. The German UFO's were based on earlier ideas by Viktor Schauberger and others like Ronald Richter.
So, I see it as a very complicated and multi-faceted situation, which the Potus and the DoD only have partial handle on. In a WW3 scenario, who knows what will happen. Russians are very aware of and could have their own. Putin has even talked about the USO's. I think the scientists at DARPA are partially staffed by this supra-national group who supervise the agenda from outside the US Gov.. and that the more recent respect and seriousness of our government in regards to phenomena like this, is a directed and planned slow-drip program that we need to keep an eye on because they aren't and never have been honest with the public. They are a braekaway civilization and may have bases on other planets, so it will be rather easy for them to masquerade as aliens. They can, even as the Pentagon CAREFULLY does, refer to "extra-terrestrials" which could mean humans that are not from Earth.
Unfortunately, our country is a serious problem because we don't want cooperation and respect amongst nations, an atmosphere of real cooperation for humanity, we are lost in our power struggles and money wars, our simple-minded and ignorant pursuit of greed because we have been dominated by the Zionists, and they have to go before anything changes, I want them to be forced to cough up all their ill-begotten wealth and not be allowed to keep it and pass it on to their descendants. We will see how this all shakes down in the next 1-10 years there will be a lot of change. Perhaps the U.S. might be taught a lesson and change its ways, if it is possible, because if the super-group disagrees with the Potus some interesting things will happen.
