Come on! We have a damn Ron Paul infomercial on Fox Biz nightly! Why aren't we promoting the hell out of it? Why haven't we been doing that from the start? I put this idea out here weeks ago and got no response, I put my survey out there trying to get some response, and crickets.

Why aren't we doing free facebook ads for FreedomWatch on Facebook? Why aren't we hanging FreedomWatch door hangers? Why aren't we putting up surveys for people out there to fill out after watching FreedomWatch?

You want to reach voters that don't get on the internet? Tell them about FreedomWatch!
You want to influence people with our ideals? Tell them to watch FreedomWatch!
You want people to at least consider voting for Ron Paul? Tell them to watch FreedomWatch!

Ok that's my 1st rant, 2nd, why are we letting the media trash our candidate? We like to get on the comments of newspaper articles no one really reads and say how they suck and they are ridiculous etc. Ok that's one thing we should get more organized about!

Also, I'm beginning to think the mass public doesn't believe tyranny can come to America. They think the events we see every day are just isolated accidents. The public is out of touch with reality. We're on the road to serfdom and the mass public just doesn't see that.
 
-Republicans meanwhile don't trust anything except Fox News. PBS comes the closest to breaking even among non-Fox outlets, although not very close, at -30 (26/56). It's followed by CNN at -49 (18/67), MSNBC at -51 (18/69), NBC at -52 (17/69), CBS at -54 (17/71), ABC at -56 (14/70), and Comedy Central at -59 (12/71). But Fox News comes in at a stellar 73/17.

This is one of the campaigns biggest hurdles. I don't have any data but I would confidently say that Fox News doesn't give Ron Paul equal time as the other nominees. The Fox News crowd is hawkish on foreign policy. I doubt anything can be done to change their views. Can the campaign buy time on Fox for a foreign policy lesson?

Because, we keep hearing this shit on the tube as how we're organized and enthusiastic, ok we might be enthusiastic, but we sure as hell aren't organized.

That might be the biggest hurdle with the Grassroots this time around, in 08' an idea was presented, people got behind and we made if F-ing happen to hell with the odds! We got a damn hot air balloon! We got out there and did something, we got full page ads in newspapers all over the country.

Anyway I guess I'm just frustrated beyond belief that we can't get passed freaking Newt Gingrich now? OMG!

Do any of you guys feel organized? In 08' when the Neocons would start something we'd hit em hard and they'd have to quit taking calls!

Just don't get it!

I think it's mostly this. Many of the people I speak to have the attitude of "if we are 'good' citizens, we won't have a problem" or "those laws are there for our protection, not to hurt us". Brainwashed by MSM.
 
My aunt watches FreedomWatch and says she "forgives" the Judge for supporting Dr. Paul. I don't think those minds will be swayed easily.

I'm going to create a blank door hanger promoting the show with a space for channels and times for various areas.... Anyway...

I'm as conflicted about all of this as the next guy, but I've been trying to steel myself from this type of thinking. Not ignoring it, just trying not to depress myself about it. As we know, of course we need to be wary, but while we're working on trying to prevent it, we can also prepare for the worst. If the poop goes down, I'll do the best I can to mind my own damn business unless someone tries to screw with me, and then all bets are off. I'll do the best I can to survive with my neighbors, God willing they believe in liberty and community.
 
Great stuff mavtek, I have been wondering the same things regarding Napolitano and Freedom Watch. What Judge is doing for Ron Paul and the liberty movement is a thing courage, a thing of beauty. Judge is doing what we all should be doing which is being loud and proud. He is setting the example as best he can to RP, us in the movement, those contemplating joining the movement, already sitting elected officials, etc. Napolitano needs to be utilized more in whatever ways possible by the campaign, by the grassroots, by the super PACs. He has a nice following already but this man has the chance to change the narrative of this campaign dramatically in a few regions if not the entire country. We the people must discuss this more in-depth, we need to figure out how to utilize his heroic efforts to the maximum.

I hear ya ! I proposed taking some very serious action of recall and impeachments and basically got crickets too.
