I'm on Yahoo Answers, giving advice to youths considering army/police. The cops/vets hate me.

Yahoo Answers is a semi-forum where users get answers to various life questions: legal, health, career, dating, parenting, pets, etc. The format is a Yahoo user posting a question and other Yahoo users posting an answer. Questioners have the option of choosing a Best Answer out of all the answers.

I frequent the sub-forums Law Enforcement and Military. A lot of students and people in their twenties ask questions because they are interested in being a soldier or cop. The advice I post is probably not what they expect because I post all the problems with police and the military.

The thing I like about Yahoo Answers is that you have a captive audience. The questioner is seeking an answer, so they will read your answer. I've actually gotten a few Best Answers.

I don't know if this actually makes a difference; however, if I learned that some student did not become a cop because he learned the systemic abuse, then that would be gratifying.

This one is sort of funny. The guy is going to call the police on his brother for fighting. I make a totally smart ass reply and he gives me a Best Answer. I'm still not sure if he actually got the humor or if he called the lice on his brother!

Also, thanks to everyone here for helping me hone my views and thoughts over the past few years. I have been on many forums, and Ron Paul Forums is--hands down--the best forum on the internet. The combination of intelligence and liberty-mindedness here is not on any other site.

Yeah, I also have to remember that there are a lot of kids on Yahoo, some as young as 13. There are however, many off-the-wall adults. There are hordes of copsuckers and bootlickers, but also some people like us. Sometimes I am surprised.

I think the Chinese 50 Cent Internet Army must be on the military section. Someone constantly makes these threads about military women sitting on beach balls/balloons with a dick up their ass. They do this multiple times per day.

I couldn't really figure it out why somebody would keep doing that. They also post these threads about blood for oil. The spelling is really bad (e.g., they spell Syria as Siria or spell snake as snak).

This question just shows how many bootlickers are uninformed in this country. The guy posing the question is traveling in Texas and wants to know if the border guards away from the border can search his car without consent. The copsuckers answering him almost seem to love it up the ass.
