It means they're trespassing on private property.
I guess Larken Rose just stopped caring about private property rights at some point?
He actually nailed the point concerning private property rights. It's the statists who bow to politicians and socialism who have it all backward. Maybe listen to the whole thing.
Ain't it amazing that when a democrat does it it's evil commie crap. But when a republican does it, he can make commie socialist converts out of just about anybody/everybody.
I did see that part actually, and he didn't really make a counter argument about it not being private property. He apparently just thinks that because the ruling class has adverse possession of this private property, that it's somehow ok to trespass? I don't follow that logic.
I don't care if it's a Republican or a Democrat that kicks them out I just want them kicked out. Neither party is likely to actually do it.
Then all I can say is it's one of those thing where it can be interpreted the way one wants to hear something. Because I know what the full intent of this border fiasco is about, as well as being an ardent supporter of private property and privacy rights, I'm not about to sway my principles to appease to tptb just because "brown people". Because once it's done, it'll be too late to say "damn, I royally fucked up just to prove a point and never should have compromised myself for the sake of politicians/government. If you choose to to do that, that's on you, not me.
It can't be done

Furthermore, morals can't be legislated, but it's morals which will determine where this country is headed, and so far it ain't good because of folks like you and @Anti Federalist, and the like. All I can do is try to get folks to see and understand, but again it's ultimately on them, not me.
You have compromised your principles however. You're choosing to ignore the private property rights so that you can feel better about people trespassing.
And that's fine, I'm not even judging you for it. We're all hypocrites and compromisers but at least I can be honest about it.
It can be done, we just lack the collective willpower to do it. And in that regard you're right, it can't be done. But I will stand by my principles regardless![]()
Nobody came on to my private property. If they did, I would ask what the purpose of the visit is, and then determine what to say or do without the help of @Anti Federalist or government goons.
Nobody came on to your private property, but you seem to be fine with people coming onto other people's private property without any permission at all. (also known as "trespassing").
So they have invaded past your front gate and/or door? Don't you have a door bell, and/or a gun?
@TheTexan [and @Anti Federalist ]
Just like Peter Theil and company who are attempting to redefine libertarianism, it seems you are attempting to redefine Private Property Rights, in that you believe that my and others property is community property and that you and others as a community have a right to dictate where individuals are allowed to go. Now that I think about it, you don't seem to speak out against Stakeholder Capitalism either, or the Technocratic Police State.
And the fact that you admit that you are a hypocrite...... 'nough said, I know not to take any queues from you.
All US territory is subject to the law.@TheTexan [and @Anti Federalist ]

That's your defense to everything, oh you're redefining stuff.
Well you know, you're redefining the meaning of "redefining".
You didn't even provide a counter argument
And I have never claimed any rights, ownership, or control over the property that you have identified as yours... not even one time. (I have in fact, on many occasions, explicitly done the opposite by recognizing your sovereignty and secession)
I have many times, but you, like many just don't like the answers that I give. There's a search tool up above.
That's you being the hypocrite of which you admitted. You say that you respect my sovereignty, but not the sovereignty of other people, including those who want to come here to work and try to avoid paying taxes to your overlord. Those people I respect even more than most on this board.
TheTexan knows that the constitution is "we the people" and its the "law of the land".
That is such a horseshit strawman of my position @PAF.
Sovereignty doesn't mean you can just wander onto other people's private property without permission and just do what you want.
Every square inch of this country is private property, yes @PAF ? I hope we can agree on that, because if any of this is "public property" then we can go into a completely separate discussion about how there's no such thing as "public property".
If you accept that every square inch of this country is private property, that includes the roads, the government buildings, all of it, then how is entering onto private property without permission not trespassing?
