Thanks to the unique math undergirding the Electoral College, the mere presence of 11-12 million illegal immigrants and other noncitizens here legally may enable them to swing the election from Republicans to Democrats.

Well, let's see--what would it take to make this a possibility? Obviously, it requires that illegal immigrants are allowed to vote. This either requires that they simply be allowed to register, which doesn't happen anywhere. Or you have to combine a local allowance of driver's licenses to illegals together with a 'motor voter' law. Which, to the best of my knowledge, has only happened in California.

Now, I don't believe in non-citizens voting, and would rather that California's vote be disallowed until they grow brains. That said, for aliens to elect Clinton would require that California elect Clinton all by itself. Which I honestly don't see, myself. They may well elect lots of electors to the Electoral College, but they don't get all of them. I call bull.

I cannot for the life of me understand why libertarians would be ok with mass immigration from extremely socialist countries, especially when those very immigrants vote strongly against liberty.

As for this article, it means that the illegal population in states like California and Florida, if won by Democrats, help swing extra electoral votes toward them. Illegals are undercounted by the census however. And there is also the fraud concern.
