Tell them do build it in Phoenix, roughly 32nd street and Shea. Anywhere in the area would be fine, though. First, there's tons of martial arts centers around and a big potential market for judo. Second, there are NO FUCKING judo dojos in the area! (there's a place that offers basic judo as self defense, but it's not serious judo. The nearest serious judo place I know of is way out in Scotsdale ) It would be a serious $ opportunity. (judo is the second most popular sport in teh world) The closest thing there is around here is Megaton Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and it ain't judo....very distantly related, but not really similar.

The only thing in my area up there^^ is Megaton. It has a great reputation and produces great fighters, but the hours they train don't work for me. I already have to travel to Scottsdale for my gym, so I'd like to train nearby. (~32nd st and Shea) That's why I'm suggesting to entrepreneurs around here to start a judo dojo in my area.

Insufficient funds. Plus, the business of operating a dojo isn't my thing. I just like to play. Maybe I'll find some dojo in Scotsdale that produces good black belts and hire them as instructors. :o
