Anti-gun activist Drew Brees, playing around with the boys in the military:
Ain't that the truth, father. lol
OP: "Manly men" on public display, whining about inanimate objects, and implying the state has an answer.
Tell me this hasn't been seeping into comparatively wimpy, Joe "Boobus" Beergut's brain for years.
If manly men-Pro Sports guys are afraid of inanimate objects, well then, so am I. It's just common sense gun laws -and support the troops!

Yeah, but that's military...police and military can have guns to keep us safe.
I saw that. I read he grew up in Chicago. Maybe he should go back - isn't that a gun free zone?
I'll cut you a break when we hear evidence that it was something other than what was reported by eyewitnesses. Maybe they're lying, that remains to be learned. Whether a response to "road rage" or something else, until I hear that Cardell was "defending" himself, I'm going to continue to call it a murder.I saw on NFL network just now a video of will smith rear ending the hummer belonging to Cardell. after Cardell pulled over, will smith drove around the hummer and drove off a bit. At that point the video stopped. Police report that loaded guns in both of their vehicles. According to what ice read is that before the shooting there was some sort of a verbal confrontation.
This alone is telling me that that Cardell may well be justified in his level of force. A hit and run is a felony and it is very possible that threats were issued. If Cardell can demonstrate that he indeed felt threatened then it will be interesting to see the outcry from people.
Even some people here are saying things like "on the night that Cardell murdered Smith." Cut me a break. I know i sure don't have all the answers, but I don't think it's right to refer to the incident as a murder. Technically it's a homicide. A homicide by itelf does not constitute a crime. Let's let facts come out before we call a guy a cold blooded murderer.
“Two hundred years from now, they’re going to look back and say, ‘What was that madness about?’ “ Payton said. “The idea that we need them to fend off intruders … people are more apt to draw them (in other situations). That’s some silly stuff we’re hanging onto.”
Check your privilege.Young black men, Drew.
Young black men.
If you want to talk about something nobody wants to get their mind wrapped around, it is that.

Sad to see him go. I'm a big fan of his movies.
My son said Payton just hung a "Rob Me" wreath on his front door. He probably has some nice goodies inside, too.Wake up asshole. This is exactly how history will remember the war on drugs too.
