So I'm watching the UNLV - Boise St. Basketball game and as they pan to the crowd there's someone holding up a Ron Paul sign.

As of now Boise St. could pull off the upset. 64-64 30 secs left Boise St. with the ball.

Not sure if I should have posted this here but thought it was cool.

Edit: Game going to OT, if anyone gets the MTN.

Ron won the last state GOP straw poll there with over 70%. He's going up there next week, I think.

Campaign needs to get staff in Idaho. We can win but I think Campaign has waited too long and the clock is ticking.

Lots of people here that support Paul ;)

I moved here from Nevada. I don't see the love while living in Boise, but traveling towards Caldwell i have seen signs. In Nevada he has a lot of support. I think he will either win it or go 2nd.

Plug for Idaho.....awesome vacation spot is Coeur d'Alene ---- 30 minutes east of Spokane. It's beautiful and essentially a Mini-Lake Tahoe.

America is a great place.

One thing to note, Idaho was a primary state in 2008 and this year will be a caucus state, should make our chances even better. Go Boise State, woot!!

Lots of RP love in the Boise area. It was the homemade "Google Ron Paul" signs all over Boise in 2007 that first peaked my interest. Research did the rest. Many supporters from 2007 are still very active in the Republican party--after gaining committeeman positions in 2008.

The caucus rules are tough. They will conduct voting by rounds and drop the candidate with the lowest votes every round. A candidate can only win by either getting 50% in any round of voting or wins in the last round between the last two candidates.

I look forward to the caucus, but haven't seen much for Paul in Boise. Unlike Nevada, where there are RP signs all over the place! I work in Caldwell but live in Boise. I heard from co workers that when the town had a parade, there was a RP float (everyone at my work knows im a RP fan). Overall i remain hopeful though.

maybe idaho can sell potatoes in bags with Ron Paul's face on it =D... itll be pretty cool. id buy a bag or two just for commemorate ^^

He won the last straw poll here, but Romney was only 40 votes behind. I know, because I went and cast my vote for Dr. Paul then :D

Also Idaho has 32 delegates, so would definitely be a good state to win.

In '08, pretty sure Paul came in 2nd behind McCain.

That would've been pretty awesome to see. I'm a rabid SDSU Aztecs fan, so I was hoping Boise could pull of the upset here. Couldn't watch the game, though, since I was at work.
