Actually, I'd think Osama would be pretty happy if Ron won - not because Ron wants to kill him, but because OBL's #1 goal is to get the US out of the middle east and stop meddling with ME affairs.

It would basically mean that he (OBL) had "won"!

Trying to bankrupt the US is a tactic to get us to pull out, not the final objective.

Some of you sound like you think it would be a good thing for Osama if Ron Paul was president. You are very mistaken... Ron Paul wants to get us out of places in the Middle East that have nothing to do with attacks on us, like Iraq.

He would have already delivered letters of marque and reprisal to Osama and whiped Al Qaeda off the map.

Al Qaeda would loudly declare victory if Ron Paul took the White House. This would be a tactic to try to keep looking relevant and to try to piss off reactionary Americans into rallying against Dr. Paul. Once that failed, Al Qaeda would shrink into insignificance under a Paul foreign policy because without our intervention, Al Qaeda would have no way to recruit.
