I wanna get a ton of "Voted for the Bailout" stickers to put on campaign yard signs

This may have been discussed, but another option is simply getting a McCain, Obama or whoever yard sign and using a sharpee, writing below the name "Voted for the Bailout". That would be for your own yard.

The backgrounds for most of the signs are too dark for this to be effective.

A few well placed Freeway overpass signs might be in order as well. A little civil disobedience is OK. The majority of people were against the bailout. Our politicians voted against the people. It's time our politicians heard from the people now.

1 can of white spray paint
1 can of black spray paint

Good to go :)

Are there 10,000 signs around you where you can place the stickers?

That would be 5,000 signs; not to mention the 4x6's that could take 4. And yes, I imagine that McBama and company have more than 5,000 signs out on the right-of-way nationwide.

Probably already been said, but don't vandalize other people's property. It goes completely against libertarian principles and is no help to our cause.

I disagree. Its a non-violent guerrilla tactic trying to bring attention to the destruction of our great republic that trumps property rights of a cheap political sign.

Our founding fathers would want something done. I'm ordering stickers.

Aren't we supposed to be the group of people that respects private property and personal freedom?

This is a BAD idea. Thankfully, you're not sticking RP or C4L on it. We don't need hoodlum ideas like this defacing our name and idea.

Please reconsider. If you're going to spend money on this, you have money to donate to C4L or to B.J. Lawson.

And would you want someone slapping things over your signs? True or not, how would you like it? They'd probably just buy another one, thereby donating more money to said bail-out proponents.

GROW UP!

Was the Boston Tea Party a hoodlum idea or act?

Good point.
Wasn't treason against the king a crime? Were our founders criminals?

one man's patriot is another man's terrorists. the founders were terrorists by england's standards. jihadists are terrorists by our current standards , patriots when they were fighting russia

just a thought

i want to see some pictures. i was thinking i didn't have any candidates in my area to put these stickers on their signs... i forgot about McBomba

did they vote for the bailout or just verbally supported it?
Perhaps we should get "supported the bailout" stickers for their yard signs.

I jokingly called our meet-up groups patriot cells.
I had a conversation with a friend, and we were jokingly talking about how the government would probably label us terrorist cells.... then the idea evolved into.. no- we are patriot cells.

Torch, my Rep - Reichert voted against it twice, and our one traitor-senator isn't up until 2010

McBama voted for it. They don't vote for much these days since they're always on the road campaigning, but they made a special trip back to DC to vote for socialism.

Maybe we should get our elected representatives to campaign MORE ... that way they're spending less time in Washington doing damage.
